What is Beef Kafka? Any links to recipes? - kafka beef recipe

Once a week lunch at a local restaurant from Lebanon. I'm always a meat dish with Kafka, skewered chicken, roll the cabbage, cooked chickpeas. I love you and I wish I could at home. Anyone with knowledge of Greek and Lebanese cuisine and please help. Thank you.

Each person varies, and there are countless opportunities to do so.

The way I get the meat (which is a little fat in it, should have maybe 15-20%.

I have 1 onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic in a food processor
be pureed.

Packages Kafka kofte () spices can be purchased in his store in the Middle East. I will be a little of it, and cumin, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, parsley. (Sometimes I also add mint, but usually held cumin HTE)

Add the breadcrumbs and egg. Knead.

Registration forms thin (for lack of a better term). Then a BBQ or put bleac in the George Forman.

I do not give exact figures because I never wasOrder. We like things spicy, but not all. It is to your taste. But if you start with 2 pounds of ground beef, onion, garlic should be sufficient.

My mother sometimes add fresh mint and chopped spring onions. They remain outside the kofte, but it is delicious.
