View with treated wood - I know - I know - rot and decay of ordinary - you're right, it is - but the treated wood has many harmful chemicals, and the newer treated wood.
How long do you think your children are young enough to want to play here? The wood is usually good. Set a good wood sealer on it.
It is quite logical when you think about it.
Well - rounded edges with a router
Sand all surfaces to remove splinters
Turn the corner radius at each corner
Do vertical bar railings more than 4 "between them.
When cutting something like up to extract the lock screw is flush with the nut - screw a pretty good cut on a child's head or arm. Now plug silicone rubber in the nuts
Try putting a pillow from the bed to the stairs, slides, ladders, etc. - to build to look hard to recognize these areas - this soft plush material below these points. So they lose their balance and fall-it 's not a hard floor.
Swings hanging from climbingropes.etc. should not have close links to pages that have kept my head and drown in them.
Roll some carpet around the edges of steps - the carpet is cut - wood.
Building sand pits on the surrounding terrain. Build it on the floor. Many children in tables at the edge of the sandbox and go ends of the landing on the garbage truck, metal, game shovel or something else, put this in the sandbox.
Install the things every child is playing, where you can easily see them play. Never let our children out of sight when they were little - No, no, parents, or children's bubble - we were only responsible enough to know what could happen if they were left out of sight just 30 seconds .
To be seen regularly, the nest of wasps in the ends of the tube swing and theater under the floors, corners, etc.
Only a step back and see when you're done and try to topics that children have to identify issues of May, while playing or create it.

In fact, I recommend a kit. Play Star is a brand that I used. See http://www.playstarinc.com/ps/biy.asp

I Say a kit for several reasons.
1) The plans are designed so that you practically zero waste wood.
2) You know the plans for the security and stability designed
3) You will receive any additional joy in a place that you still want to add.

A tip - Use the screws and drive impact wrench

First, make sure use of treated wood. I would use 4 x 4 NO 2 x 4 for beams and columns. 2 x 4 are for large reinforcements.

Be sure to use bolts or screws that are corrosion-resistant galvanized (or) stainless steel. Use washers with screws, without excessive pressure tends to crush the green wood to "easily".

Wear safety glasses! and be careful when walking in front of children rocking!
